We don’t offer any fabulous discounts as frequently practiced in modern-day advertising. All too often, such “discounts” simply lack the transparency needed by customers to make meaningful comparisons. Our customer-friendly “price line” concept is totally different. It allows you to determine your individual prices easily and in the most transparent way.
Line 1: Total order value: max. EUR 499.00 (net)
Line 2: Total order value: max. EUR 3,499.00 (net)
Line 1: Total order value: EUR 3,500.00 (net) or higher
Prices are shown on the various product pages. The prices per unit are automatically calculated on the basis of your total order value.
The special USTOMED service
All products ordered through our shop are delivered free of shipping charges within Germany. Delivery is made either through Deutscher Paket Dienst (DPD) or Deutsche Post.
The terms of your order also apply to all re-orders effected within nine months.
A handling fee of EUR 5.00 will be charged on very small orders below a net value of EUR 25.00. Payment is requested net cash within 30 days, with legal VAT to be added.
Finally, a tip:
If you wish to get your products even cheaper but your own order volume is not large enough for a higher discount, you are invited to form a buying group with colleagues that are planning to set up their own practices in the near future and are interested – just as yourself – to acquire high-quality brand instruments at exceptionally attractive prices. In this case, all individual orders are considered part of an overall order, meaning that each participant will benefit from the highest discount available according to the total order value. The important thing here is for you to understand that each individual order will nonetheless be processed separately, i.e., each participant in the total order can specify the delivery date of his/her choice and will be sent his/her own invoice later. In other words, your order will always be treated as an individual order and you can contact us direct at any time.
If interested, please do not hesitate to order our special price list for large orders and buying groups. This list applies to orders with a total value of at least EUR 7,500.00.
